DrapCode connection notes
- Create or duplicate a restricted admin page at the route shown above and add this Bootstrap 5 layout.
- Bind every accordion table and Add/Edit action to the existing collection named by its heading. Verify technical names and relationships first.
- Preserve the hierarchy Catering Category → Catering Menu Category → Menu Item. Provider-specific menu pricing and availability should remain on operational provider records.
- Check Serving Units against Listing Units and Pricing Units. Reuse existing canonical units instead of maintaining identical values in multiple collections.
- Connect Meal Types, Dietary Requirements, Catering Service Types, preparation and beverage choices to catering listings and request forms only where applicable.
- Restrict write access to authorised admins. Record material changes in Audit Logs and notify the responsible data owner when active menus or requests may be affected.
- After changes, test provider catering registration, listing create/edit, menu display, request creation, search filters and booking details.
