DrapCode connection notes

  1. Create or duplicate a restricted admin page at the route shown above and add this Bootstrap 5 layout.
  2. Bind every accordion table and Add/Edit action to the existing collection named by its heading. Verify technical names and field relationships first.
  3. Preserve the hierarchy Funeral Service Category → Funeral Service Subcategory. Do not merge it with Listing Categories until all form references have been checked.
  4. Connect Funeral Event Types, Arrangement Types, Funeral Event Statuses and Event Privacy Levels to Funeral Events Master.
  5. Connect Participant Roles and Relationship to Deceased to Funeral Event Membership and Funeral Event Invitations where appropriate.
  6. Keep event privacy private by default. Treat any change to public visibility as a significant action requiring family authority, Audit Logs and appropriate notifications.
  7. After changes, test create/edit funeral event, invitations, membership, programme, attendance, privacy and event-detail pages.
