- Create or duplicate this page at the route above and restrict write access to authorised subscription administrators.
- Bind each accordion table and Add/Edit action to the existing collection represented by its heading. Keep current technical names until dependencies are checked.
- Preserve Subscription Feature Category → Subscription Plan Feature and connect features to plans through the existing relationship or join structure.
- Keep actual user/provider subscriptions in Subscribe. Keep payment records, proof of payment, renewal dates and subscription requests in their operational collections.
- Use Billing Cycle, Trial Type, Featured Placement, Promotion, Gift and Discount references only when the corresponding workflow is implemented.
- Changes to plan price, duration, entitlement or active status must create Audit Logs and notify appropriate administrators. Notify affected subscribers before material adverse changes become effective.
- After changes, test pricing plans, subscription selection, 14-day trial, Basic plan skip, checkout/request forms, entitlements, renewal and expiry handling.
