Guests are welcome to check in between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. If you require a different check-in time, please inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.

Check Out Times

Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If you wish to extend your stay, please let us know in advance.

Check-in and Check-out Rules

Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid identification document, such as a passport or driver’s license. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. Additional guests must also provide identification upon request.

When checking out, please ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the accommodation and return any provided keys or access cards. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Quiet Hours

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum in both indoor and outdoor areas of the property.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Designated smoking areas are available outside the property where ashtrays are provided. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pet Policy

We understand that pets are part of the family; however, we do not allow pets on the premises. Exceptions may be made for service animals with proper documentation.

Safety Guidelines

For the safety and security of all guests, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Do not tamper with or disable any safety devices, such as smoke detectors or fire extinguishers.

Follow any specific safety instructions provided by the host.

Report any suspicious activity or concerns to the host immediately.

Take necessary precautions when using amenities such as swimming pools or fitness facilities.

Damages and Liability Policy

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the accommodation or its contents during their stay. Any additional cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear may also incur extra charges. The host reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card on file for any damages or excessive cleaning fees.

The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur on the property. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables at all times.

House Rules Amenities and Facilities

Please treat the accommodation and its amenities with care. Any damage caused to amenities, such as appliances, furniture, or fixtures, may result in additional charges.

Guest Behaviour

We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other guests and neighbours. Any behaviour that disturbs the peace or comfort of others may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the premises:

Parties, events, or gatherings without prior authorization from the host.

Illegal activities, including drug use or possession.

Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour.

Unauthorized subletting or sharing of the accommodation with individuals not listed in the reservation.

Visitors Policy

Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior permission has been obtained from the host. Visitors must comply with all house rules and regulations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Children Policy

Children of all ages are welcome; however, please ensure they are supervised by an adult at all times. Certain accommodations may have specific restrictions or safety considerations for young children, so please inquire with the host if you have any concerns.

Age Restrictions

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Some accommodations may have additional age restrictions, so please check with the host before booking.

Booking As Groups

For group bookings, please ensure that all members of the group are aware of and agree to comply with the house rules. The primary guest is responsible for the conduct of all group members.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card or other electronic payment methods specified at the time of booking. Cash payments may be accepted in certain cases, but please confirm with the host beforehand.
